GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

Complaints should articulate the specific grievance regarding content and must be signed by the complainant. In the case of email submissions, an electronic signature should be affixed.

JURISDICTION

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India and the user agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi for resolution of disputes arising out of the subject matter.
